Not only does it have an upgraded displacement, but it\'s a performance-built package that includes Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor w/electric choke, an Assault Racing intake, and long tube headers feeding the dual exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. The full package wants you to get the right classic feeling for these components, and so the four-speed manual transmission puts you in direct control of the motor. And the driving experience is quite vintage, but wide tires and front disc brakes give you the proper confidence on the road. Interior Color: Black Exterior Color: Marina Blue Description: 1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS Hardtop TributeÂ RS on a Camaro speak stands for Rally Sport which was a cosmetic package available on all trim levels.Â It included hidden headlights, and reverse lights below the bumper, as well as a number of other options.Â When matched with the SS performance package, you had a mean looking Camaro that could perform as well as it looked.Â Â Â For consignment, a 1968 Chevrolet Camaro sport coupe dressed up as an RS/SS.Â While a clone would have the correct engine and other mechanical and cosmetic mimicry, a tribute takes certain parts and gives a proverbial nod to that model.Â That\'s not to say our car has not had some tasteful upgrades and along with RS components, represents a great car for your consideration.Â Exterior Two stage Marina Blue paint is complemented by white SS stripes that run over the hood, deck lid, and rear spoiler.Â An SS emblem is on the grille which is flanked by matching headlight covers in true RS fashion.Â The cowl hood extends over the vents which are also painted white while a 383 emblem is affixed to the front fenders.Â The chrome bumpers and metalwork are in great condition and so is the SS gas cap on back.Â Chevrolet Rally wheels are on board here with 14-inchers in the front and 15-inchers in the back.Â The slightly staggered wheels and tires contribute to the raked stance of the car.Â A front air dam is balanced by the dual exhaust which protrudes from the back.Â Overall, the paint and exterior condition is very nice.Â Interior Simple black door cards welcome occupants of the car with typical features and Camaro plaques on each door.Â Black vinyl buckets seats are in remarkable condition and the back seats may have never experienced a derriere.
