FOR SALE: 1969 Chevrolet C10 $23,000 USD

Chevrolet C-10 Automatic

Interior Color: Black Exterior Color: Yellow Description: 1969 Chevrolet C10 Pickup The model year 1960 brought the Chevrolet pickup into the modern era with its C/K series lineup.  The C designation identified two-wheel-drive pickups, and the K identified 4X4s.  The most common pickup was the C10, a half-ton truck with a 6.5- or 8-foot cargo box.  The C/K series trucks remained essentially the same vehicle during a series of conservative redesigns, until 1997, when the 1998 Silverado replaced it. Chevrolet produces some of the finest trucks on the planet and has been doing so for a long time.  Within each model range their avid fans, and this 1969 iteration is no exception.  A former run of the mill base model hauler, now treated to an amateur restoration and looking good with the desirable short bed and all the Chevrolet good looks.  Add in a 350ci V8 with some goodies and you have a truck modified definitely for the better, we have a winner!  Bingo. Exterior Finished in a yellow respray, there are some waves in the bodywork, areas of bodywork cracking, a few rust bubbles, runs in the paint and areas of touch ups around the gaps, but the paint remains presentable.  The chrome is in overall good condition along with badging and trim, however the front bumper appears tweaked in on the driver\'s side.  Also up front, single headlights in a chrome bezel flank a chrome tie bar across the egg crate grille and above a blue bowtie embellishment leads the way to the long steel hood.  In the shortbox steel bed, we note nice yellow paint for the sides and wheel houses and making up the bed floor are weathered oak planks with wood colored delineation strips.  While the wood is definitely showing some age wear, it remains strong.  15-inch black steel wheels are on all 4 corners trimmed with bowtie emblazoned dog dish caps and are wrapped in deeply treaded raised white letter BF Goodrich rubber. Interior Very original inside with like new black door panels, nice door handles and cranks and a yellow steel surround.  Looking inside, there is an original bench seat with dark brown vinyl tuck and roll inserts and vinyl bolsters both in black.  This bench is showing a serious amount of wear with the vinyl material peeling and seam separation noted on both the upper and lower cushion.  A late model GMC tilt steering column with 4 spoke steering wheel fronts the original dash.  A brown padded top all steel dash, which matches the exterior houses the original gauge cluster, heater controls, and an aftermarket AM/FM/Cassette stereo.  The glove box door sits in front of the passenger, while black rubber matting, in lightly soiled but good condition, floods the floors, and above we note a simple ribbed steel headliner. Drivetrain Under the long heavy steel hood sits a non original 350ci V8.  This sits in a clean but patinaed engine bay, and Holley 4-barrel carburetor sits atop.  A 3-speed automatic TH350 transmission is attached to the back of this powerful engine and a 12-bolt rear is also noted.  Scanning the engine bay we see chrome valve covers, a chrome air cleaner lid and the addition of air conditioning for those hot summer drives. Undercarriage The strong black and surface rusted frame provides the backbone for the nicely finished wood and steel underside of the bed and road drip splattered cab.  We note a few areas of invasive rust in the cross members along with rust appearing in the inner wheelhouses.  We also see power disc brakes and an independent coil spring front suspension working in conjunction with leaf spring rear suspension.  Dual exhaust with stock style mufflers feeds down and snakes its way to the rear of the truck. Drive-Ability A turn of the key and this engine came to life with a throaty growl.  Slipping the selector into D and we were off to the races, or rather the Classic Auto Mall acreage, where the transmission shifted smoothly, exhibited no hesitation in the engine, and gave a typical truck ride.  The interior proved to be comfortable but we could

FOR SALE: 1984 Chevrolet C10 $24,995 USD

Chevrolet C-10 Manual

Engine: 350 V8 Transmission: Manual Interior Color: Blue Exterior Color: Blue Description: This 1984 Chevrolet C10 has a distinct style from an attractive full-blue paint package, a comfy interior, and a healthy V8. And there are even some fun details like the upgraded rims and a four-speed. It makes for an all-around great classic offered for a value price. We like the first impression this one gives. The deep blue color was an upgrade later in life, and today that means a good gloss and bold look to get noticed. It\'s part of an overall exterior package that wants to be attractive without losing a true cruiser style. So you have good details like wraparound pinstriping, pliable weather-stripping, good glass, bright bumpers, an upgraded billet grille, and nice Silverado-level trim. Plus, some pieces add style as well as substance. The LED headlights shine way forward better, the 20-inch US Mags wheels let you fit modern tires, and the liner paint on the bed allows you to use this classic for Home Depot runs. The sea of blue continues inside. The velour bench, door panels, and dash pad all have a stock style but an inviting presentation from a good investment later in life. It has premium features like power windows, power locks, cruise control, and a tilt steering column. Also, upgrading the stereo or adding A/C is a bit easier if you desire because these appear to have been once here from the factory. Plus, you\'ll love slipping behind Chevy\'s dual-spoke steering wheel, and the Hurst four-speed shifter is where your right-hand wants to be. Under the hood is a 350 cubic-inch small block V8. It has been built to be a stout setup with Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock Aluminum intake, and headers feeding the dual exhaust. And the Borg-Warner four-speed manual transmission is a nice feature for those who like to control the motor properly. Add in power steering, power brakes, front discs, and modern tires, and this is a fun truck with a terrific rumble. Stylish, useful, and a truly fun cruiser -- this square-body short-bed Chevy has a ton of appeal. So this is the one you know belongs in your garage. Call now!

FOR SALE: 1986 Chevrolet C10 $27,995 USD

Chevrolet C-10 Automatic

Engine: 350 V8 Transmission: Automatic Interior Color: Tan Exterior Color: Red Description: This 1986 Chevrolet C10 Silverado has some cool style upgrades. And when you look beyond it, there\'s still the appeal of a useful V8 pickup with a loaded A/C interior. So it makes for the kind of good-looking vintage pickup that also still has a real practical side. Crisp lines, bright chrome bumpers, good glass, and fresh weather-stripping leave quite a good presentation of the fundamentals. And there\'s some sporty flair with the upgraded cowl hood, large dual exhaust tips, and 20-inch polished wheels. Plus, the covered bed and bed rails have a great look, and they also join the liner paint in the bed to give this truck plenty of versatility. And that\'s exactly how to look at this pickup. It\'s attractive and useful. That\'s why the red paint has a bold style, but the overall finish won\'t make you shy away from doing real truck duty on the weekends. The exterior red is continued inside as an accent, and now it\'s joined by a tasteful tan. The comfy velour bench seat, good door panels, and full carpeting are part of the attractive driver-ready attitude. The Silverado trim also means you get a loaded truck with air conditioning, power windows, cruise control, and now an upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo. And it\'s a true cruiser with a tilt steering column and wraparound gauge panel that gives you a commanding driver position. There are even dual fuel tanks for the long haul. We love Chevy\'s 350 cubic-inch small block V8 because it strikes a nice balance of stoutness and power. This one remains looking stock and sturdy with a four-barrel carburetor on top. The chambered exhaust helps to give this V8 a nice note, but its real enjoyment is just as a solid driver. That\'s thanks to easy cruising features like the three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, front discs, and modern/grippy tires. This is the truck that has the right level of style, comfort, and usefulness to be your ultimate tool for work AND play. It\'s everything you want. Call now!
