This 1969 Chevrolet C10 Fleetside Pickup Truck is a beautifully restored Chevy pickup with great options! Introduced in the fall of 1968, Chevrolet's light duty pickup trucks were lightly refreshed from the 1968 models, which were massively redesigned from the '67 models. Up front, the 1969 Chevy Pickups sported an all new barbell-style grille with an aluminum centerpiece that was embossed with "Chevrolet." The rectangular parking lights were also modified for the 1969 model year and were now integrated into the front end next to the headlight housing. A new large "Bowtie" emblem was also now featured prominently on the hood, further differentiating the 1969 Pickup from the previous iteration. The side silhouette of the 1969 Chevrolet trucks remained largely the same from the previous year as well with only a few minor changes including the marker lights being replaced with reflectors and the side mirrors were also modified so that they were more adjustable and to correct for side visibility problems that customers complained of in 1968. The rear end treatment remained largely the same as the previous version, still featuring a one-hand tailgate opener among other items. The interiors also remained reminiscent of the previous year's model with only minor improvements such as a new "low profile" steering wheel and foot-operated parking brake. In total, Chevrolet produced 268,233 short bed, long wheelbase Fleetside models which amounted to the majority of all C10 production in 1969. While these trucks started to see a merger of utility and comfort, many of them were "used up" as they were for most folks just "work trucks" with few predicting how collectible they would become 50 or 60 years later. So today to find a stock-looking, late 60s and early 70s pickup truck in great condition is a real treat for collectors and enthusiasts alike! Under the hood on this 1/2 Ton Chevy Pickup is a replacement 350 Cubic Inch V8 engine fed by an upgraded Edelbrock Single 4 Barrel Carburetor. The NOM 350 V8 is backed by a TH350 Automatic Transmission which makes for an easy-to-drive classic pickup. Exhaust exits this Chevrolet's 350 via a set of stock exhaust manifolds through a dual exhaust setup that generates a wonderful throaty sound out the rear tailpipes. This '69 C10 Fleetside Pickup comes outfitted with a number of fantastic options! With power steering, maneuvering in and out of a tight parking space at the local car show or drive-in is a total breeze and the overall driving experience is much more enjoyable. Stopping power is also much improved thanks to the addition of front disc brakes and a dual master cylinder. Riding on a set of raised letter radial tires mounted on Rally-style wheels and accented with chrome beauty rings, this 1969 C10 Pickup has a great look and even better ride. The steel Fleetside pickup box is in great shape as well, as is the well-detailed wooden bed with chrome hardware. The steel body of this '69 Chevrolet C10 has been refinished in a beautiful two-tone paint scheme consisting of Pure White over Omaha Orange that completes the exterior look of this truck. The interior of this 1969 Chevrolet C10 1/2 Ton Fleetside Pickup Truck is absolutely gorgeous! The bench seat has been reupholstered in black vinyl. The padded dash, black upholstered door panels with woodgrain accents, black armrests, rubber floor mat, and steering wheel all appear to be in wonderful condition and all retain a nice stock appearance. The instrument cluster is equipped with a 100 MPH speedometer, battery gauge, temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge, and fuel gauge. The dash is completed with climate controls, a push-button AM radio, and glovebox. Whether you're buying your very first classic pickup truck or you're adding to an existing collection of Blue Bowtie Pickups, this 1969 Chevrolet C10 Fleetside Pickup Truck would make an excellent choice.
