Gateway classic cars of Nashville is proud to digitally present to you this 1964 Chevrolet Nova, or Chevy II. Tight, right and out of sight, this is something we kids of the '60's used to say when something was just right. This 1964 Chevy II is tight, right and out of sight. The blueish grey paint shows the hours of work that went into the body work on this car. The grey looks as smooth a wet paint. But beauty is more than skin deep and his ride is deep! It all starts with the foundation and this one has been upgraded with Detroit speed equipment like the front clip. Giving you classic styling with much improved steering and control of the car. At the back of the car Dana holds the two rear tires together and divides the torque to the massive 305/45/R17's Sticky Mickeys that are tucked into the mini tubs. Continuing with the strong foundation, a Dart block that was bored, honed and stroked to 406 cubic inches that includes a cast nodular steel crank, swinging Wiseco pistons that are connected by Scat competition rods. NKB heads and a Comp Cam that measures 242/ 248 and .540/.571 on 110 lobe separation, if you are unfamiliar with cam specs, just read thumpy and has a power band in the 4,000 to 5,200 rpm range. H.E.I distributor, Polished single plane intake and a big Brawler 4 barrel double pumping Carb sits there like a big cherry on top. The transmission of choice was a Tremec TKO 5 speed with hydraulic clutch. Other names like, Billet specialties rims, Wilwood brakes and vintage air were used to make this a complete package. Dyno results are over 535 Horsepower and 518 FT LBs torque, which is slightly more that a stock 1964 Nova. Options for this 1964 Nova include: Air conditioning, power steering, Tilt steering wheel, Seat belts, Vinyl interior, Racing wheel and radial tires and of course Posi traction. Sale held pursuant to permit No. 19289 of department of licenses granted the 14th day of August 2015.
