Michigan - CadillacInterior Color: Black Exterior Color: Maroon Description: Right here is something you don\'t see every day! This 1966 Ford Fairlane 500 is a beautiful car, featuring 93k original miles and a rock-solid undercarriage. Powered by a 289 C.I. V8 and backed up by a 3-speed automatic transmission, this \'66 Fairlane runs and drives wonderfully. The maroon metallic paint has seen the benefit of an older restoration, and it has been buffed to a brilliant shine that gleams in the sun over straight bodylines. The interior is highly original, with black vinyl bench seats (which are very comfortable!) and the factory AM radio still in the dashboard. This \'66 Fairlane is spartanly equipped, offering a heater + defroster, an aftermarket AM/FM/CD stereo system located under the dash, vent windows, seatbelts, and an nice-sounding dual exhaust system. It runs and drives just as nicely as it looks, so don\'t let it pass you by! It\'s sitting on the showroom floor now, ready to go at the turn of a key. Michigan - CadillacInterior Color: Dark Blue Exterior Color: Skylight Blue Description: 1964 Ford Fairlane 500 Hardtop Ford TV commercials in 1964 used the character Hazel as well as the Peanuts cartoon characters. The Ford Motor Company was a sponsor of the show, and also sponsored The Ford Show during the late 1950\'s. For the 1964 year, Ford added a Sport Coupe, which gave the Fairlane a 289ci V8, a stiffer suspension, and a louder exhaust. For consignment, a fully restored 5 owner Blue Oval Fairlane 500 with a slightly souped up V8 and a full paper trail of ownership back to day 1 when it was sold at the Carolina Motor Company in Statesville, NC. With added power steering and AC as well as a radio that has been converted to AM/FM and a huge pile of receipts and a photo library of the redux showing the car is all original sheet metal, this is one seriously cared for and loved Fairlane. She\'s looking very sporty with some American Racing wheels, and very well done paint and trimmings. This one is a driver, but presents nicely, and runs just fab so don\'t be afraid to blow out the carbon! Exterior Bedecked in Skylight Blue, (ahh the same color hue soak in when pontificating whist upon my deck), this car has no rust, as a matter of fact there was only 1 spot of rust found during the build that was remedied with lead and a skim coat of filler. However, signs of prior bodywork are noted on the driver\'s door along with a few small dings. The paint presents very well and is miles deep but does show in a different hue of blue on the doors and fenders. Take a deep dive into the fit and finish and you will be impressed. From its jet contrail shaped trim spear starting from the front and leading to the rear of the back quarter with a crescendo of angled bump outs just prior to the rear wheel wells creating a vent, we can see some added excitement in the form of a dual bordered white field encased in the dual borders in chrome. Nice Fairlane 500 badging is on the front quarters and good quality chrome is showing on the handles and mirrors. On the bottom of the B pillar is another horizontal wide strip of stainless with a Ford badge of the era plunked into the stainless. The back panel of this car utilizes turbine style round tail lights which flank a shiny chrome and black badge with Fairlane 500 and a run of textured aluminum rear trim. Both bumpers are pristine, and the roof is excellent with its slight overhang on the back.  15-inch American racing Torque Thrust wheels are on all 4 corners along with staggered width Sumitomo radials wrapping the nice sporty wheels. Interior Swinging one of the doors, it immediately shows the workmanship that was put into the design of this car on these door panels. A mix of blue metal, stitched panels in lighter blue and a lower vinyl molded panel in darker blue have a wide light blue accent trimming surrounding the handles and armrest/pull. A front low back split bench in wonderful dark blue puffy tuck and roll inserts and smooth lighter blue bolsters have a thick silvered piping separating them. This carries through to the rear seats, where see a full bench version in showroom condition.  The center of the rear bench has a wide light blue vertical band and is flanked by snappy multi-blue panels. The dash front in brushed aluminum matte finish panels with medium blue strips framing above and below. Below is a factory style Vintage Auto Air AC unit, the factory heater slides, and stock appearing AM radio above all within a polished chrome band.  This radio has been converted with an Aurora FM1 AM/FM unit held in the stock radio housing. Nice blue carpeting floods the floors, and above is a white headliner in vinyl which shows some slight waviness on the B pillar coverings. Drivetrain Benefitting from an Autolite 4100 4-barrel carburetor which sits on top of a 289ci V8 that is original to this car, it now sports a Comp Cams 256H performance cam.  We are gazing at a nicely preserved and spit shined engine and black bay.  A rebuilt and upgraded with a
